Ratnamani Metals bags order worth Rs 328 crore

Ratanmani Metals & Tubes has bagged two new orders aggregating to Rs 328 crores.

The orders are for the supply of HSAW pipes of Rs 116 crores and supply of ERW pipes of Rs 212 crores for Oil & Gas pipelines to be completed by December 2017/January 2018.

The stock on the NSE was riding high with gains of as much as 3.8% at Rs 775 per share at 1255 hours. The stock has delivered 55% returns in a period one year and has outperformed the BSE Small cap and BSE Metal indices over the same time span.

Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited is a holding company engaged in the manufacture of tubes, pipes and hollow profiles and of tube or pipe fittings of cast-iron/cast-steel.

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd is currently trading at Rs 777, up by Rs 30.95 or 4.15% from its previous closing of Rs 746.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 754.5 and has touched a high and low of Rs 795 and Rs 754.5 respectively. So far 23082(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 3486.14 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 832 on 25-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs 479.05 on 24-Jun-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 760 and Rs 720.3 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.12 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.24 % and 20.64 % respectively.
The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
