Pfizer: The company has entered into a pact with AstraZeneca AB, Sweden to acquire the ‘Neksium’ brand in India for Rs 75 crore to expand presence in gastrointestinal therapy segment, according to a BSE filing.
Reliance Communications: Three rating firms have downgraded the company’s debt after it missed bond payments. The bankers are scheduled to meet next week over the possibility of Rs 40,000 crore of company’s loans becoming non-performing assets, reported a national news portal.
Ramco Systems: The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 8 crore during the quarter ended March 31, 2017, as against Rs 7 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, reported a national news portal.
