Cyient expands strategic tie with United Technologies Corporation

Cyient Limited informed the bourses that its subsidiary Cyient DLM Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Rangsons Pvt Ltd) has qualified as an approved product supplier to UTC Aerospace Systems, on Wednesday.

This has expanded Cyient’s 15 years relationship with United Technologies Corporation (UTC) as a valued engineering service provider.

Carrier International (Mauritius) Limited, a subsidiary of UTC, has divested a portion of its equity shareholding in Cyient, according to information on NSE.

Meanwhile, Cyient was up by 1.4% at Rs 532.45 per share at 10:16 hours IST on BSE. It hit a high of Rs 549.95 and a low of Rs 531.30, in the early morning trading session on Thursday.

Cyient Limited is engaged in providing software-enabled engineering and geographic information system (GIS) services.

Stock View :-

Cyient Ltd is currently trading at Rs 532.4, up by Rs 7.4 or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs 525 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 540.1 and has touched a high and low of Rs 549.95 and Rs 529.6 respectively. So far 143406(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 5909.73 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 564.4 on 03-May-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs 416.05 on 09-Nov-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 545.4 and Rs 482 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.18 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 64.25 % and 13.57 % respectively.
The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.

F&O: Put writing at all immediate strikes shows Nifty may hold up  The Nifty50 index opened in the negative but managed to recover sharply from lower levels and headed towards the 10,750 level on Wednesday. It formed a Piercing Line pattern on the daily scale, as it recovered its losses of the last session by more than a half. It has been making lower lows from last four sessions and holds above the 10,750-10,777 zone can negate the same to extend its recent bounce towards 10,850 and then 10,929 levels.  Nifty has reclaimed its 50-day EMA while on the downside it has support at 10,650 and then 10,600 levels.  On the options front, maximum Put OI was at 10,000 followed by 10,500 and 10,700 levels, while maximum Call OI was at 11,000 followed by 10,900 level.
